Pro Evolution Soccer 3 cheats and cheat codes for Playstation 2

Increase or decrease all team ability stats:
Go to Edit Mode, select Enter Code option, then enter the following 
four-digit codes:

2999 - All teams receive a 5 points decrease for each of their players stats 
1999 - All teams receive a 5 points increase for each of their players stats 

Unlock new stadium 
Simply buy the training ground with 500 Pro evolution soccer points (Acquired by 
winning matches) this allows you to play at the "club house" in exhibition.

Shooting goals:
From an opposite goalie shot, push R1 + Circle, R1 + Circle, R1 + Square.
From the corner, push X , Circle , Square.
From the corner, push X , Triangle ,Circle, Square.
From the corner, push Circle + Down, Square.
