Different ending:
Increase all seven Haori of Ako to the maximum. 
This requires all Kodama to be found. 

Unlock Easy mode: Lose the game twice in normal mode.
Unlock Hard mode: Finish the game in normal mode. 
Unlock Issen mode: Finish the game in hard mode. 
Unlock Oni Hard mode: Finish the game in Issen mode. 
Heihachi Buraiden mode: Finish the game once
Unlock Ako's Black Haori: Finish Issen/Oni training. 
Unlock Oni Musou: Have Jacque go through the Phantom Realm in Honnouji. 
Unlock Ako's Black Haori: Finish Issen/Oni training. 
Michelle's different outfit: Finish the game in normal mode. 
Michelle's 3rd outfit: Finish the game with an "Onimusha" rating.
Jacuqe's different outfit: Finish the game in normal mode. 
Panda outfit: Finish hidden training mode.
Samanosuke's different outfit: Finish the game in normal mode and reach a 
high score with Samanosuke. 

Panda outfit and Michelle's 3rd outfit:
Have a saved game file from Onimusha Blade Warriors on your memory card

Puzzle Mini Game:
Complete all puzzles in the normal game.

Unlock Ultimate mode:
Finish the Oni shooting mini game.

Unlock Original Onimusha swords: 
Finish the game with all 3 items from the Phantom Realms. 
After, begin a new game to have all 3 swords from the original Onimusha. 

Unlock Bishamon sword:
Finish the game with the "Onimusha" rating
or
get the Bishamon sword in the Phantom Realm in Honnouji


Quick Health 
In the Zoo, Stand behind the panda cutout and equip the white vest on Ako and 
watch your health go up quickly. 

Unlimited Souls 
To acquire an unlimited amount of souls, after obtaining the Oni Army Orb, get to 
second area. Kill off initial wave of foes, and find something to hold down the soul 
absorption button. Your Oni army will continue to defeat the spawning Genma, and 
you will receive all their souls. This will take some time before acquiring a large
