Easy special for any character:
When your special meter reach three or higher, press L1 + R1

Buy Extra Fighters cheaper:
Exit and re-enter the shop screen until the price of the extra
fighters are lower.

Change the Time on the Clock in the clock level:
Modify the console's system time.

In-game reset:
While playing press Start + Select

Change costume colors:
Press L1 or R1 while choosing a character to change the unlocked costume color.

Evil Sakura and Zhangfei:
Press Down, Down/Left, Left, Back, LK. They will have the same moves plus extra.
