Unlock all planes in campaign mode and two-player mode
Go to the main menu, push L2, L2, Right, R1, R1, R1, Left, Left,

Unlimited ammo and missiles:
Press R1, R1, L2, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Down, Up, Down
while playing the game, before taking off.

Unlock every campaign missions:

Unlock every special campaign missions:
