Unlockable Characters
To unlock characters, do the following:

Unlock Patty, Rhombus and Vault Dweller:
Finish Chapter 1.

Unlock videos and Pin-Up photos, concept arts in bonus option:
To unlock a level's cut-scenes, simply complete each chapters.
Once complete the entire game you can see the videos and photos
in the bonus option.

Red Rider BB Gun with unlimited ammo:
In Chapter 1 when you are supposed to kill all the Raiders and save the
townspeople of Carbon, rescue all them. Talk to the Vault Dweller after
you get into the warehouse to get the Red Rider BB Gun.
