Score goals easily:
Go to the wings to score easy goals.

Unlock venues:
Hold L1 + Triangle and press Left, Up, Up, Right, Down, Down, Right, Down

How to get more trick points easily:
On the pitch go to the bottom-right hand corner and do ounce of bounce, then go
to another player and do pot of gold on them. Then you will have X2 combo,
quickly take a shot and you will at least get 1000 trick points. Sometimes you
might get more if you do better tricks.
