Entering passwords
In Dragon Arena, choose 1P vs. Com and select your player. 
While choosing your opponent, press R1 + Start to enter the password. 
Enter it "as is", keeping the correct upper and lower case characters. 
You can also use the character yourself if you do 1 player vs. 2 player 
in Dragon Arena, press R2 when choosing your fighter.

Level 99 Goku

Level 60 Vegeta

Unlock Silver Membership Card, BArdok, Babidi's Pot:
Insert into your card slot a memory card with a saved game file from Dragon 
Ball Z: Budokai 2.

Skip credits
Enter L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Start on the credits screen. When you finished the 
Dragon Universe mode with any character, push Start or X.

Find the Dragon Balls in Dragon Universe Mode 
You can find 1 Dragon Balls in Cell Saga 
You can find 2 Dragon Ball in Buu Saga. 
You can find 2 Dragon Balls in Saiyan Saga 
You can find 2 Dragon Balls on Namek 

Voice data:
There is 21 unlockable original voice data in the dragon universe mode.
Use special abilities with the opponents with all the characters to 
unlock voice data in the bonus section:

18: SS4 Gogeta vs. Omega Shenron/Earth. Use 100X Big Bang Kamehemeha

Unlock stages:
Urban Level: Go to central city at the beginning of Teen Gohan's Dragon Universe
Red Ribbon Army Base stage: Unlock Dragon Arena mode. 
Planet Namek: Play the Namek saga. 
Inside Buu stage: Defeat Super Buu inside of himself with Vegeta and Goku.
Dragon Arena: Defeat D.U. with all of the 11 fighters
Cell Ring stage: Play the Cell saga. 
Supreme Kai's World: Defeat Kid Buu in both Goku and Vegeta's Dragon Universe in 
Supreme Kai's World
Grandpa Gohan's House: Go to Grandpa Gohan's House and beat Goku with Kid Gohan 
in DU mode second time 


Bonus difficulty modes:
Z Mode - Finish the Dragon Universe as any fighter on the very hard mode. 
Z2 Mode - Finish the Dragon Universe as any fighter on Z Mode. 
Z3 Mode - Finish the Dragon Universe as any fighter on Z2 Mode. 


Strongest of Universe Capsule
Finish the Dragon Universe as one of the eleven characters in the Z3 Mode.

Purchase 1,500 Zenie at the Skill Shop

or you can found in Dragon Universe as any character above Level 15

Purchase for 250,000 Zenie at the Skill Shop
or you can found in Dragon Universe as any character above Level 30

tell you about him. Go to Cooler's red mark and defeat him. 

Saibamen
Fight until Nappa breaks in at the Dragon Arena. 
Defeat him to receive the Saibamen capsule. 

Cell JR
Fight until Piccolo breaks in at the Dragon Arena. 
Defeat him to receive the Cell JR capsule.
