Android 16: Defeat him with Goku in Dragon World 
Android 17: Defeat him with Piccolo in Dragon Waorld 
Android 18: Defeat her with Krillin in Dragon World 
Android 20:Beat him with Goku in Dragon World 
Captain Ginyu: Defeat him with Vegeta in Dragon World 
Cell: Defeat him with Goku in Dragon World 
Frieza: Defeat him with Goku in Dragon World 
Future Trunks: Defeat Vegeta on Namek with Kid Trunks
Ginyu - Beat Ginyu on Namek with Vegeta.

Teen Gohan - Beat Cell for the last time on Supreme Kai's planet with Adult Gohan. 
Tiensha - Get Tien and Yamcha's breakthroughs 
Vegeta - Beat Vegeta with Goku on Namek. 
Vegetto - Find 7 dragonballs and wish for the capsule from the Dragon. 
Videl: Defeat Super Buu (with Gohan absorbed) with Hercule 
Yamcha - Beat Nappa with Tien. 
All the Buus: Get all of the dragonballs in dragon world and wish for 
Babidi's spaceship. Then do any of the stages in Babidi's ship to obtain kili. 
If you have enough kili you can unlock the Buus automatically.

Free Capsules:
Insert your memory card (to save progress), and go to item shop. 
Hold L1 + L2 (or hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2) and quit. Repeat the process 
for more stuff.

Unlock Everything
Go to the Skill Shop while holding down the L2. Bulma will talk, but just 
leave, while holding the L2 button still. Re-enter the shop.
Repeat and your percent of your Capsules keeps increasing. 
This also unlocks characters for you, Breakthrough capsules, 
fusions, everything. 

Unlock Bardock Capsule, Bibidi's Pot Capsule, Silver Membership Card Capsule
Have a Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2 save on your memory card ater begin a game

Dabura : Get more than 100 Kili. 
Kid Buu: Get more than 5000* Kili.
Majin Buu: Get more than 1000* Kili. 
Super Buu: Get more than 2000* Kili. 


Adept World Tournament: 
Unlock 16 Characters, after purchase it from Bulma 

Advanced World Tournament:
Unlock all 29 Characters, after purchase it from Bulma 

Babidi's Ship:
Find All 7 Dragon Balls and Wish for it from Shenron. 

Unlock all characters:
Finish novice and adept difficulty levels in tournament. Save the game to a 
memory card. Put another memory card without any saved file from the game 
in to your memory card slot. Finish story mode and enter to Mr. Popo's shop. 
Trade the Dragon Ball from the new saved file on memory card 2 to Memory 
Card 1.Remove both memory cards. Put the memory card that was in slot 2 
into slot 1. You will now have all the characters from the saved game 
file on memory card 1. 

Easy transformation:
Press R1 + R2 to transform.
