Unlock Characters
Finish the following episodes to unlock the indicated characters:

Android #16: Aim For Perfect Form
Android #17: The Androids Saga
Cell: The Androids Saga
Freiza: The Namek Saga
Ginyu: The Namek Saga
Radditz: The Saiyen Saga
Nappa: The Saiyen Saga
Recoome: The Namek Saga
Super Vegeta: Vegeta's Confidence
Teen Gohan: The Androids Saga
Trunks: Perfect Form Cell Complete
Vegeta: The Saiyen Saga
Yamcha: Aim For Perfect Form
Zarbon: Vegeta's Attack
Super Saiyan 3: Beat the tournament on advanced with every character
Hercule: Win 1st place in the World Match Tournament on "Adept" level
Saiyaman:  Win 1st place in the World Match Tournament on "Advance" level
Dodoria: Defeat Recoome with Vegeta. 

Different clothes or colors:
Press Square or Circle at the character selection screen. 

Different stages:
When selecting the levels Press Square

View alternate skins:
To view alternate skins: Press R2 and R1 at the Capsule change screen 
To zoom in-out: Press L1 and L2

100% Capsules 
Go to the main menu and select "Edit Skills" option.
After select "Skill List." Hold L2 and 
press TRIANGLE. This will give you a few random capsules. It may take some time 
but this cheat will get you all the capsules. 

Full pause screen:
While you are in duel mode, press Start to pause game, after press L1 + L2 + L3

Restore life on Namek:
Go up close enough to the rejuventaion chamber without going in.

Powering Up
Hold X, and push back any time.
