Go to the player selection screen after the startup and press
the following button combinations:

No drones mode
Enter Square, Square, Circle, Circle, L1, R1, Start.

Unlock Expert mode
Enter Circle, Square, Circle, Circle, Square, Start.

Unlock all Randoms mode
Enter R1, R2, Square, Circle, R1, R2, Start.

Unlock all Atomic Snowball
Enter Square, Square, Square, L1, Circle, Start.

Unlock all Grappling Hooks and Randoms mode
Enter Circle, Circle, L2, Circle, Circle, L1, Start.

Unlock all Rooster Tails mode
Enter R1, R2, L2, L1, Square, Start.

Unlock all Snow Bombs and Randoms mode
Enter Circle, Circle, R1, R2, Start.

Unlock all Boost mode
Enter Circle, R1, R1, Circle, R2, Start.

Note: These cheat has no effect in point races.
