g = no shadows,
h = halted (stepmode),
k = bios keyboard,
l = no launchseq,
m = memory use,
p = no projections,
r = raster on,
s = sound off,
t = frametime info
u = unhittable,
v = timerstats
x = show demo

It MAY be only the first parameter works! I'm not sure. Also try the
higher difficulty as it allow you to play more levels.
