Run Regedit, and find:
Hkey_Current_User\Software\...\...\Applets\Hearts
Click with right mouse button on the right side, select the "String Value"
then enter "ZB", enter value 42. Quit from the regedit.
During the game play, press CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + F12 to see all cards.
