Quicker game
Delete the file for all of the credits, you can now get to the game much
quicker. Also, if your letters get stuck in caps, hold [shift] and [enter]
at the same time.

Use Any Configuration on any Plane
Select a plane in offline mode with a configuration, then click on close.
Fly the plane then exit the plane. After that, select another plane, but
don't click on close just click on fly. The configuration on this plane
should be the same as the previous one. Works great from when you choose
a bomber and a fighter.
