Cheatmode
To enable cheats, locate the "config.cfg" file in the installed game
directory, then open it with text editor (example: Notepad) and add
the following line:

KEY "cheats" BOOL TRUE

Note: In order to generate the config.cfg file, you must run, and save
your settings with the configuration tool. If this is not done, this
file will not exist.

Save the changes, start the game and enter the following cheats in the
console window (press SHIFT + ~ to bring it up):

Code - Cheat effect:
visibility - Display visible area by squad LOS
unitsashidden - Transparent units
snow - Unknown
scenemode - Cycle screen from normal, ungraded, and wireframe
quickvictory - Win mission; does not give mission critical items
quicklose - Lose mission
quickabsolutevictory - Win mission with critical items
morecellu - Unknown
ids <0-6> - Display indicated squad position number
hitpoints - Display remaining health
heights - Display terrain level/height
heapped - Unknown
godmode - God mode; squad must use sickbay to heal
flare - Light area around soldiers
firecheat - Extend weapons range
finished - Finish all in progress research; enter at Geos screen
enemies - Display all enemies in area
door - Unknown
destroyobj - Destroys highlighted objects
canparalyse - Unfreeze paralyzed units
cancontrol - Release units under alien control
area - Unknown
allplans - Display enemy paths
