Cheat mode:
When you are at the main menu hit ENTER to bring up the "Secret Mode:" cheat 
entry prompt. Then, type any of the following case sensitive cheat codes.

bonnie and clyde - Activate debug mode
chastity - Unlock Faith level*
einstein - Skip a Level*
faith - Play Faith level in Time Quest mode
insane - Play Insane bonus level in Time Quest mode
malcom x - Unlock everything including bonuses*
mcfly - Enable Time Machine mode*
reset d - Deactivate non-permanent cheats
stalin - Activate invincible Bonus mode
z is insane - Play Insane II bonus level in Time Quest mode
z really rules - Insane II secret bonus level*
z rules - Unlock Insane secret bonus level*
zack - Start with 1 bonus
nostradamus - Start with 2 bonuses
davinci - Start with 3 bonuses
jfk - Start with 4 bonuses
bendis - Start with 5 bonuses
copernic - Start with 6 bonuses
