Get $1.5 Billion:
Start a new career eg. (Whatever John) and quit from the game.
Go to the default saved game folder:
C:/Program Files/EA SPORTS/Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 2004/Career/Players/
Locate the players names you created (Whatever John.plr) file, 
then open with a hexeditor. At offset 00021616 change the values 
to FF FF FF to receive about $1.5 Billion.

Cheat codes:
Enter the following case-sensitive codes as passwords. Tiger will say

Real-time Event cheats:
If you want to jump ahead to another "Real-Time Event" or just missed 
a "Real-Time Event" just modify the system date to whatever date the event 
is to be played on. Save the game after you win the event, and you can 
restore the correct date. 

Easy par 5 completion:
Go to create a course and make all the holes par 5s. Repeat this until you 
have finished them all to save lots of time.

$50,000 bonus:
Load a saved game file from Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003, to get a $50,000 
bonus when starting a new character.

Getting money easily:
In arcade mode, choose the "Skillzone", then choose "Target" as the game 
mode and select the Players Club course. Choose your profile and play as 
Tiger Woods. You can earn about $70,000 in a match.
