Go to the default saved game folder:
C:/Program Files/EA SPORTS/Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 2003/DataCareer
Locate the players names you created (Whatever John.plr) file, 
then open with a hexeditor. At offset 930 change the values 
to FF BB DF to receive about $1.5 Billion.
