Unlock all Trucks:
Go to the main menu, and type in "hctrucks" as a cheat code.
Enter the following driver names in time trial mode:
Forg rain:
Enter "RAINFROG" as a name.
Play ROIDS at the credit screen:
Enter "DUTCHMAN" as a name.
Rename your truck to "Mother":
Enter "MAINLINE" as a name.
