Cheat Codes
While playing a game, press [Enter], then type one of the following codes:

Code - Cheat effect
youstopmecold - Increase ship production speed
showmethemoney - Add 2000 Dilithium
screwyouguysimgoinghome - Boot list in multi-player mode
phonehome - Chat list in multi-player mode
nomoreships - Enemy's science ships disappear
kobayashimaru - Skip actual mission
imouttastepwithreality - Warp to the Gamma quadrant
canofwhoopass - Increase ship AI
avoidance - Enemy ships avoid you


Transport more people:
Always make a backup copy before edit a game file. Locate the "rts_cfg.h"
file in the installed game directory, then open it with a text editor.
Modify the value in the "TRANSPORTER_MAX = 5" line to a higher number
(for example 10) to transport more people.


Better resources:

file in the installed game directory, then open it with a text editor.
Modify the indicated values under the "// resource gathering parameters"
to change the differeent types of resources.

Modify the maximum amount of officers:
Edit the "int cfgMaxOfficers" value.

Modify the initial amount of available Dilithium:
Edit the "int cfgStartingDilithium" value.

Modify the maximum number of crew members:
Edit the "int cfgMaxCrew" value.

Modify the initial number of crew members:
Edit the "int cfgStartingCrew" calue.

Modify the maximum amount Dilithium that can be gathered:
Edit the "int cfgMaxDilithium" value.


Invincibility mode:
Always make a backup copy before edit a game file. Locate the "rts_cfg.h"
file in the installed game directory, then open it with a text editor.
Modify the values for the next lines to "0.0" so they resemble:

float EASY_DAMAGE = 0.0;

float HARD_DAMAGE = 0.0;

Start a game on the easy or hard difficulty level to have shields
that cannot be harmed by normal weapons.
