Splinter Cell cheats and cheat codes for PC

Cheat mode:
While playing the game, hit F2 to bring up the console window, then 
enter one of the following cheat codes. After entered the code press 
Enter to activate the indicated cheat effect.

Code - Effect
ammo - Maximum ammunition
fly - Activate Fly mode
ghost - Walk-through walls
health - Restore health to the maximum
invincible 0 - Deactivate God mode
invincible 1 - Activate God mode
invisible 0 - Deactivate invisibile mode
invisible 1 - Activate Invisibility
killpawns - No enemies
mission win -  Finish mission
playersonly 0 - Unfreeze enemies
playersonly 1 - Enemies will not move
preferences - Change settings, including key binding
quit - Exit to desktop
stealth - Show stealth amount
summon <item name&qt; - Summon indicated item (see bellow)
walk - Deactivate fly mode and no-clipping modes

Note: 
Cheats in the demo version is the same, but you have to press Tab 
instead of F2 to display the console window.

Type one of the following codes at the console window: 

ea class=ef2000 (Change the SC20K'S stats) 
ea class=efn7 (Change the FN7'S stats)
ea class=esam (Change Sam's stats)

Easy cheat mode:
Note: Always make a backup copy before edit a game file. Locate the 
"splintercelluser.ini" file in the "\splinter cell\system" directory. 
Open with a text editor and scroll down until find any free keys. 
Bind the desired cheat codes to a key. Now you have to press only that 
key to activate desired cheat.
