All other players encountered:
Type "allempseen" as a cheat code.
All players set to human control:
Type "allplayershuman" as a cheat code.
All ships get full supplies and ordinance:
Type "restoresupplies" as a cheat code.

Display collision grid in combat:

Your empire no longer pay maintenance:
Type "nomaint" as a cheat code.
Omnipresent in all solar systems:
