Sim City 4 cheats and cheat codes for PC

While playing the game press CTRL + X to bring up the console.
Enter any of the codes bellow then hit ENTER to activate the 
indicated cheat effect. If you entered the code correctly,
the console window will close.

Effect - Cheatcode:
Unlock all rewards* - Type "you don't deserve it"
Toggle Zots - Type "tastyzots"
Toggle the 24 hour clock - Type "stopwatch"
Start recorder - Type "recorder"
No need water for buildings - Type "Howdryiam"
No need power for buildings - Type "fightthepower"
Modify mayor name - Type "hellomynameis"
Modify city name - Type "whererufrom"
Hide empty zone color - Type "zoneria"
Change the time (military format) - Type "whatimeizit <hh:mm&qt;"
Change magnification level - Type "sizeof <0-100&qt;"
Additional 1,000 Simoleons - Type "weaknesspays"

* to display the ' character, hit ", then use the Backspace
 

Reactivate God mode
Hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift and click the "God Mode" button to re-enter God mode 
after you have created your City. The tools will not be the post-establishment 
tools, but will revert back to pre-city tools. They will remain that way as 
long as you stay in God mode, otherwise they go back to normal.

Keep the cheat command prompt open
While entering the cheat for money you can hold down the (Shift) Key to 
keep the command open and just keep hitting enter so you don't have to keep
on re-opening and typing the cheat. This way you get tons of money in half the
