Sim City 4 - Rush Hour cheats and cheat codes for PC

Cheat mode:
While playing, press [Ctrl] + X to bring up the console window. 
Enter any of the following cheat codes then hit [Enter] to activate 
the indicated cheat effect. If the code is accepted, the console 
window will close.

In the patched version of the game, press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Shift] + X 
to bring up the console window.

Unlock all rewards* - Enter "you don't deserve it" as a code.  
Turn advisors into lamas - Enter "dollyllama" as a code.  
Enable the 24 hour clock - Enter "stopwatch" as a code.  
Enable cell warnings - Enter "tastyzots" as a code.  
Disable news bar movement - Enter "barstuck" as a code.  
Start recorder - Enter "recorder" as a code.  
Set time of the day (military format) - Enter "whatimeizit <hh:mm&qt;" as a code.  
Modify magnification - Enter "sizeof <0-100&qt;" as a code.  
No need water for all buildings - Enter "Howdryiam" as a code. 
No need power for all buildings - Enter "fightthepower" as a code.

Green tinge on map - Enter "gol" as a code.

* - To enter the ' character, press ", then hit [Backspace]
** - When you zone land, the green color appears blue or yellow, depending on 
what you zone. When this code is active, those colors disappear, but the zoning 
is still there. Re-enter the code to disable its effect.
*** - This cheat code reveal the x, y, z, cell x, and cell z values in the 
bubble when the query button is on. Move over something and it will appear.
