Cheat mode:
Hit the ENTER on your keyboard, then type any of the following cheat codes:

allinjure 0 - Cure all sims
allinjure ## - Randomly injure ## number of sims.
allsick 0 - Cure all sims.
allsick ## - Randomly disease ## number of sims.
spawn ## - Unknow effect
SetHappiness 1000 - Super happy sim.
SetHappiness 0 - Avarage sim
SetHappiness -1000 - Furious sim.
eureka - Toggle all buildings available
reward - All 10 special reward buildings available
whatsaguzzardo - Toggle free actions in buildings
orbo - Toggle energy cost
partridge - Make all Sims happy
Burn - Sets fire to the selected building
setemi (1 or 0) - Toggle on/off all street lamps and all building lights
injure (1 or 0) - Make the currently selected sim injured or heal 
sick (1 or 0) - Make the currently selected sim sick or cure
kill - Kill the selected sim
allhappy ### - Set the happiness of all sims in the entire city
warn [word] - Show the in a red box on the top of the screen
malert - Display an alert message in the upper-left.
satisfy - Toggle on/off citizen Dissatisfaction
NoFire - Toggle on/off Fire
KillAll - Kill all sims
showgrid - Toggle on/off green grid lines on the map
win - Win the Jack of all Trade achievement (trophy) and its rewards.
moneytree 99999 - Get 99999 of Simoleons
moneytree -9 - Unlimited Simoleons (negative numbers give you unlimited cash 
to buy anti-thief bombs and armour-piercing bullets)
alert [string] - Display a green-coloured alert on the upper-right
damage ### - Damage (or repair) the selected building (where ### is a number)
