SimCity 4 - Rush Hour cheats and cheat codes for PC

Cheat codes:
While playing the game press CTRL + X to bring up the console.
Enter any of the codes bellow then hit ENTER to activate the 
indicated cheat effect. If you entered the code correctly,
the console window will close.

Note: In the patched version of the game, press CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + X
