Serious Sam - The second Encounter cheats and cheat codes for PC

cheatmode:
While playing, hit the ~ (tilde) to bring up the console window and 
enter any of the cheat codes bellow: 

Code - Result: 
Enter "please tellall" as a code - Watch All Messages 
Enter "please refresh" as a code - Refill Energy 
Enter "please open" as a code - Unlock All Doors 
Enter "please killall" as a code - Destroy all Monsters On Level 
Enter "please invisible" as a code - Activate invisibile mode 
Enter "please god" as a code - Activate god Mode 
Enter "please giveall" as a code - Unlock All Weapons and Ammunition 
Enter "please ghost" as a code - Activate No Clipping Mode 
Enter "please fly" as a code - Activate Fly Mode 

Demo version cheats:

Alternate Cheat method:
Go to the game directory, then find "Sam 2" file, then open it with a text 
editor. Jump to the end side, to find "Sam_bGame". You should find a line 
"cheatsEnable=0". Change 0 to 1, then save the file. Star the game, and 
during the game play, hit ESC to pause, then press F1 for cheats.

Cheat Menu:
Go to the main menu, hold left shift + F3, F4, F3, F3, F4 to unlock cheat 
menu, which can then be accessed by pressing F1 to unlock the cheat menu.
Mow you have access to all weapons, god mode, refresh health, add bonus 
life and all levels.
