Unlock all cars and tracks:
Enter "cheating homer" as a cheat code on the first menu screen of
the game to access all cars and tracks. A sound of a motor will
confirm the correct code entry.

Fix your car:
When you repair your car and then you make a "RECCON" driving in
the stage when you come back the game gives you again time for
repairing the car. So if you have too much damage you have double
or more time to repair it. Just make a reccon.
