To enable Burn, Keith, and Wong from original Psychic Force,
access Windows Registry (REGEDIT.EXE) and go to this address :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/TAITO/PF2012/SpFlags
Set the value of "Burn", "Keith", and "Wong" to 1.
