1. Begin the game with:
per LEVEL:x - Begin at level x (a number between 2 and 6)
per SPEED:x - For slow CPUs, x is a frame skip number between 2 and 4

2. While playing, press 'Pause' (P). Then:
TM - Get all the weapons
BM - Next level
AM - Add 500 to score
