Get access all the Hercs, fully armed:
Begin or continues a campaign from the main menu.
Go back to the main menu and choose the single mission.
select any mission, go the briefing, and click on the armament option.
Choose a Herc, go back to the briefing, and cancel the single mission.
Continnue the campaign from the main menu, play the first assigned
mission, after save your progress. Load the saved game.
