Mall Tycoon 2 cheats and cheat codes for PC

Cheat Mode
While playing the game, hold down CTRL and enter any of the codes bellow:

Code - Effect
hditech - Complete the actual research
hdirate - Add 100 to mall rating
hdilore - Finish all research
hdidizzy - Change view
hdicase - Additional 100,000 money

Free items, research, and staff:
Note: Always make a backup copy before edit a game file.
Go to \global star entertainment\mall tycoon 2\data\models\ folder and
edit with Microsoft excel the .CSV files that correspond to the items, shops,
staff. Remove the prerequisites, and modify all costs to 0 (should be in
Column O), then save the file as its original name.
To restore original prices uninstall and reinstall the game.
