Game modifications:
Note: Always make a backup copy, before edit a game file.

Locate the XML files in the following folder:
/strategy first/making history 2.0/modern europe/system/scenarios

You will see more folders. For example, go to the "the limits of peace" folder.
In this folder you can change the country (for example, the folder
"countryUnitedStates"). Use your text editor to modify all the parameters
of your cities in the xml file.

For example:
You can change your factories to 200 production, you can change the "IPU" of
your cities to 200 etc.

You can modify the transport and food level, but the maximum is 4.
