Start the game with the +setconsole1 command line parameter.
While playing press ~ to bring up the console window, then type
listenupeverybody! to activate cheat mode.
Then, type any of the following cheat codes at the console window
to activate the indicated cheat effect:
Effect - Code
Water screen - splasher
God mode - dienodie
Get all weapons - shootem'
Get all spacecraft - ghettoblaster
