cheats. Note: The a platinum edition is changed some stuff from the
original.

Type "war" as a code - Start war immediately
Type "transports" as a code - Bonus Transports
Type "supplies" as a code - Get 5000 Supplies
Type "steel" as a code - Get 5000 Steel
Type "showid" as a code - enable/disable Province ID's
Type "rubber" as a code - Get 5000 Rubber
Type "oil" as a code - Get 5000 oil
Type "nuke" as a code - Nuclear Bomb
Type "nowar" as a code - Turns Of War enable/disable
Type "norevolts" as a code - Beat all rebels.
Type "nolimit" as a code - No Troop Limits
Type "nofog" as a code - Fog Of War enable/disable
Type "manpower" as a code - Get 5000 men
Type "handsoff" as a code - Hand Offs enable/disable
Type "fullcontrol" as a code - Total Control enable/disable
Type "escorts" as a code - Bonus Escorts
Type "difrules" as a code - God mode enable/disable
