I found a great cheat if your computer struggles, performace wise.
Pick a street any street and move next to a building, then enable
the "giveusatank" cheat, do it over and over, at least 10 times until
you have a pile of burning tank's in the middle of the street, now get
in your car and finish the level without being bothered with all the
cars, because they are all gone, your computer runs faster and the
game is more fluid, it's also funny to do something wrong and watch
your wanted level go up and see all the cops, and FBI men chase you

Get own prostitute
To get your own prostitute that you own just get her in your car.
Then park your car in your garage at the hideout and save the game.
She will now stay there. she is yours until you let her leave.
