Complete isle of the dead.
Level select:
Finish the game on normal or higher difficulty.
Super hard mode ( ludicrous ):
Finish the game on hard difficulty.
Mini mode:
Finish the game on ludicrous difficulty.
New vs Levels:
Finish the game on normal or higher difficulty.
New vs Mode:
Finish the game on hard difficulty.
