For extra money:
Buy extra passenger cabins, go to bulletin board and accept
passengers. Then, try to buy another ship. It will be refused,
but the difference in price between your ship will be given to
you - so try to buy a cheaper ship!

To warp further than possible with Hyberdrive:
Choose a system really far from you with Shift-cursor keys.
You'll be indicated: nn tons required", "Out of range",
"nn tons required". Now warp to where you really wanted to go,
using same trick, and warp again.

Checking software version:
Tap SHIFT+V during the introduction sequence during the
Thargoid attack on the Turner and Viper Mk II.

Begin at Ross 154, with 100 credits, and an Eagle Mk II:
Press 1 before starting a new game.

Faster roll:
Press SHIFT + Cursor Keys.

Faster credits:
Use PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN to scroll faster the credits.

Faster roll:
Press SHIFT + Cursor Keys.

Screen capture:
Hit Print Screen to perform a screen cature into a .BMP file.

Skip default commander:
Hit 5 before starting a new game to display the loading commander screen.
Hit 4 before starting a new game to use the last saved commander.
