Save a game and use any of these names:
MUZFRANK - Change the in-game voices
INMANTWT - Alien spaceship race2
ASHCAKES - Lava mode
SPEEDY - Enable bonus track
Note: After saving as SPEEDY, start a Quick Race and then abandon it.
The bonus track should now appear on the track list.
