First Samurai cheats and cheat codes for PC

Start the game with the level number commandline parameter.
Instead of typing: SAMURAI to start type the following:

SAMVGA1 for level 1 without the introduction
SAMVGA2 for level 5 without the introduction
SAMVGA3 for level 6 without the introduction
SAMVGA4 for level 9 without the introduction

Hex cheat:
Give yourself infinite power by using a Hex editor to edit the
SAMURAI.EXE file. Find 8B 87 96 2B C6 and replace the figures with 8B
87 96 44 90.
