Cheat mode:
Note: Always make a backup copy before edit a game file. Locate the 
"soccer.ini" file in the installed game folder. Open with a text editor 
and add any of the following lines:

Unlock All World Team, All Americas Team, All Asia Team And All Europe Team 
Add "CHEAT_UNLOCKED_TEAMS=1" to your soccer.ini file. 

Unlock Tournaments 
Add "UNLOCK_TOURNAMENT=1" to your soccer.ini file. 

Aggressive Tackl
Add "AGGRESSIVE_TACKLE_CHEAT=1" to your soccer.ini file. 

CPU Selects Random Teams 
Add "CHEAT_RANDOM_TEAMS=1" to your soccer.ini file.

Run Game In A Window:
Add "WINDOWED=1" to your soccer.ini file.

Run Game In Demo Mode 
Add "DEMO_MODE=1" to your soccer.ini file.

Equal Team Stats 
Add "CHEAT_EQUAL_TEAM_STATS=0" to your soccer.ini file.

Unlock All-Americas team in a friendly match
Win 1st place in the World Cup with an American team

Unlock All-European team in a friendly match
Win 1st place in the World Cup with an European team
 
Unlock All-Asian team in a friendly match
Win 1st place in the World Cup with an Asian team
 
Unlock All-African team in a friendly match
Win 1st place in the World Cup with an African team 
 
Unlock All-World team in a friendly match
Unlock the All-Americas, All-European, All-Asian, and All-African teams
 
Different ending music 
Use any team other than France through the World Cup. Win 1st place in 
the World Cup finals by a margin of two points(i.e. 2-0, 6-4).

Unbeatable challenge
Win 1st place on the World Tour tournament

Unlock Seoul stadium
Win 1st place on the EFA trophy

Unlock Stade de France stadium
Win 1st place on the Club Championship

Unlock Yokohama stadium
Win 1st place on the ECC trophy

Easy win
First, beat a couple of opponent teams in tournament or season mode. 
Save your game, then watch your next match. Choose the "Simulate" option. 
If you win save the game, if you lose exit then load back your saved game 
file.
