Easy win:
While playing the game, change your side the opponent's side and resume
game play. Then, score as many goals as you want, then just switch back
to your side again. (Switch back at the end of the second half for
better result)

Getting good players:
Select the "Player Swaps" from the options menu. Swap the best players onto
the team you want to play as, then save that as a squad. Give a name to them.
Enter to "New Season" and choose "Current Squads" option and play your team.
Useful for a third division team.
