Level Select:
During the game play enter "taxi" to activate the code.
You can now use the [plus] and [minus] keys to select any levels.
Type the following cheat codes during the game play:
TOOLS - Unlock all weapons, spells, and keys
TAXI - Skip Level
MMMMUNGO - Additional strength
ELVIS - Enable God mode
CAFFEINE - Additional health
BILLY - Super speed
