Civilization 2 Gold Edition cheats and cheat codes for PC

Cheat mode:
While playing, press the following key combinations:

Effect - Code
Edit unit, except for type - Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + U
New council attitude and time - Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + T
Update throne room - Press Q

Alter city's productivity or disband units:
Hit the V key, move diagonally into an opponent's city, and hit [Enter]
to control opponent city.
or
Hold [Shift], type 123456, release [Shift], then hit the T key.
