Start a new game and create a new player to start with $5,000.
Choose the "Game" option, then select "Sklansky's Poker Challenge". After that
select "Sklansky's Double Hold'em Challenge". Go to the options screen and
choose the "Preferences", then "Quarter" option. Go to the options screen and
choose "Add Coins", and "999". Only play the hand that was dealt.

Regardless of the outcome of that hand, go the options screen and choose
"Preferences", and "$100.00". To cash out your money hit the C key.
