Hex Edit Cheat:

Get 29,000 cash
Save game under the default name of CAESARXX.SAV. -
Quit to DOS and hex edit the file.
Change hex offset E to 7F,7F then reload the game.

Get 25,000 DN in Caesar:
Note: Always make a backup copy before edit a game file.
Type the following commands from the DOS prompt:


C:\&qt;DEBUG xxx.sav - (Where xxx means your game file.)

Strong town walls:
