Note: Always make a backup copy before edit a game file.
Type the following commands from the DOS prompt for the cheats:

ren apb.exe cheat.cht
debug cheat.cht

Then for Unlimited lives, type:
e 14fe 90 90 90 90

For stop timer, type:
e 725 90 90 90 90 90

For Unlimited health, type:
e 72a 90 90 90 90 90

Then type:
w
q

Then rename CHEAT.CHT back to apb.exe.
