Go to the career world map, then hold R then L in order. 
First release R then hold D-pad Up. 
Then release L, and hold L again. 
Release D-pad Up, then hold R. 
Finally release L, then while keeping R held, press Up or Down 
on the directional pad to Change weeks.

Money cheat:
