Unlock Extra Game+ mode and Dungeon mode:
Complete the game, watch the credits then save. You can start a new session
with all of the collected items from the previous game session.

Comedy Mask: Complete the game on the Normal difficulty level.
Tragedy Mask: Complete the game on the Hard difficulty level.
Bad Actor Mask: Complete the game on the Hell difficulty level.

Unlocking Hardcore: Finish any character's Story mode.
Highlander - Intro: Choose the Highlander in Create Character mode.
Highlander - Ending: Finish Highlander's Story mode.
Gladiator - Intro: Choose the Gladiator in Create Character mode.
