Unlock Hardcase in quick play mode:
Finish arcade mode 

Unlock Reina:
Finish the story mode once. 

Unlock Shaman in arcade mode:
Beat Shaman and his team in Class B to play as Shaman.

Unlock Smoke in arcade mode:
Beat Smoke and his team in Class C to play as Smoke.

Unlock Boneyard in aracade mode:
Beat Boneyard (Team Phantom) in Class D Story mode to play as Boneyard.

Unlock Cinder in arcade mode:
Beat Cinder and her team in Class A Story mode to play as Cider.

Unlock Bonus items:
