Unlock endless mode (no bosses):
Complete all stages in Arcade mode.
Replay previous levels:
Complete a level to unlock it for replay.
Unlock Extra mode option:
Complete Arcade mode. By selecting Select Extra mode, you can replay
each stage on a higher difficulty setting.
